Linn County Fair recommends clear bags for entry.

Linn County Fair Clear Bag Policy

To provide a safe environment for our Fair attendees and to expedite entry into the Fair, the Linn County Fair recommends only clear bags be brought to the fair. This policy recommendation limits the type and size of bag allowed to enter into the Fair.

Clear bags will be allowed to bypass the bag check line with a visual inspection allowing quicker entry into the fair.

For expedited entry please bring ONE of the following clear bags into the Fair:

• ​One clear, plastic bag that does not exceed the dimensions of 17''W x 13''H 6''D

• One one-gallon clear plastic bag (Ziploc or something similar)

• One personal item such as a small clutch, purse or wallet that does not exceed 4.5'' x 6.5''

All other bags will be subject to open search - Clear bags are available for purchase for $5.00 at the gate.

BAGS SUBJECT TO OPEN SEARCH:

Backpacks, large purses, large fanny packs, briefcases, non-clear cinched bags, oversized tote bags, colored plastic bags, luggage of any kind, binocular cases, camera bags, large mesh bags, computer bags or any bag larger than the recommended items listed.
